I know how much can change when you take control of your body again.

My name is Rafael Schäfer. I’m a qualified Fitness Economist, online coach, fitness model, and athlete.

My passion for fitness didn’t start with my business. I experienced firsthand how much a physical transformation can change a person.

It’s not just your appearance that changes. You carry yourself differently, develop more confidence, build discipline, and realize what you’re capable of when you consistently work on yourself.

That experience ultimately led me to turn fitness into my profession.

I completed a 3.5-year dual degree in Fitness Economics while working in a premium health club, where I primarily coached people over 40 — many of them busy professionals with demanding schedules, limited time, and health-related goals.

That experience taught me something that still defines the way I coach today:

The best plan in the world is worthless if it doesn’t fit the client’s real life.

During my studies, I also started working independently as an online coach.

Over time, I began working with more and more entrepreneurs, self-employed professionals, and executives. I found these collaborations especially inspiring: working with people who take responsibility, have high standards for themselves, and perform at a high level professionally.

But I kept seeing the same pattern:

Their business was performing — but their body was falling behind.

Low energy, excess body fat, inconsistent training, and no desire to spend additional mental capacity planning every meal and workout on top of running a business.

We achieved particularly strong results with these clients, which is why we gradually began specializing in busy, high-performing men with significant responsibility.

Today, fitness is both my profession and a major part of my own life. I work as an athlete and fitness model, have been creating fitness content for several years, and work with brands such as ESN and JedNorth.

But I don’t believe being in great shape myself automatically makes me a great coach.

A great coach isn’t measured by his own physique — but by his ability to create results for very different people with very different lives.

That’s why my academic background, years of hands-on coaching experience, and close personal work with my clients matter so much to me.

Today, I live in Paphos, Cyprus, where I continue to build our coaching business together with my team. Personally, I place a strong emphasis on health, honesty, responsibility, loyalty, and continuous growth.

Those values also shape the way I coach.

I’m not here to sell you a perfect fitness lifestyle.

I’m here to build a system with you that works around your business, travel, client dinners, and stressful weeks — while taking as much unnecessary planning off your plate as possible.

Because my goal isn’t to turn fitness into your next full-time project.

My goal is to make sure your body reflects the same standards you already live by in business.

I know from personal experience just how much a strong body can change your life.

As a teenager, I was insecure, anxious, and shy. Strength training became a turning point for me. Over the course of three years, I gained around 30 kilograms of muscle mass but more importantly, I built confidence, discipline, and mental strength. People who used to make fun of me suddenly started asking me for training plans.

That transformation became my calling. During my training to become a fitness coach, I met Rafi. We connected immediately because we shared the same mindset, the same interests, and above all, the same passion: helping people push beyond what they thought they were capable of. For years, we have been coaching ambitious professionals and high performers from the worlds of business, politics, and science across the globe and that is exactly the work we love.

My personal area of expertise lies particularly in nutrition and recovery. I continuously study the latest research, new findings, and developments in the industry, and I know which factors truly make the difference when it comes to sustainably improving energy, well-being, recovery, and performance.

Because I believe your body should be treated with the same level of seriousness as a successful business: measure it, optimize it, and scale it strategically. That is exactly what many high performers are missing. Building an exceptional body doesn’t require an all-or-nothing mentality it requires an intelligent system.

That is why our goal is clear: We take planning and decision-making off our clients’ shoulders so they can focus on what they do best while we take their body, energy, and performance to the next level.

How we met each other

How we met each other

Pro Services®

Who would have thought? We actually met in the gym.

Aaron was completing his professional training as a fitness coach when Rafael joined the same gym to begin his dual degree in Fitness Economics. We started out as colleagues, but it quickly became obvious that we had a lot more in common than just our workplace.

Even at a young age, we were both extremely disciplined when it came to training, nutrition, and personal development. While many people around us enjoyed fitness casually, we both had much bigger ambitions. We wanted to understand how the body works, push our own limits, and build something meaningful from our passion.

That shared mindset brought us together.

We started creating content on social media, supported each other from day one, trained together, and regularly organized photoshoots. As our platforms grew, more and more people started reaching out to us asking for advice, training plans, nutrition guidance, and help with their own transformations.

That was the beginning of our journey into online coaching.

What started with two friends sharing the same passion gradually developed into a professional coaching system that we have continued to refine over the years.

Today, we don’t just work together we live together in Cyprus and have built our lives and business side by side. Our relationship goes far beyond a typical business partnership. We are best friends, like brothers, and also brothers in faith. We challenge each other, hold each other to high standards, and share the same values and vision for what we want to build.

And that partnership creates a major advantage for our clients.

Two Experts. One Goal: Your Results.

We deliberately don’t believe that one coach needs to be an expert in everything.

Instead, you benefit from two coaches with complementary areas of expertise.

Rafael focuses primarily on training, exercise execution, physique development, and creating an efficient training structure around a demanding schedule.

Aaron specializes more deeply in nutrition, energy management, recovery, and optimizing the factors that determine how well your body performs and regenerates.

This means your progress is never viewed from just one perspective.

While one of us may notice an issue with your training structure, the other might identify that your nutrition, sleep, stress management, or recovery is limiting your progress. We regularly exchange insights about our clients, challenge each other’s decisions, and combine our expertise before making important adjustments.

For a busy entrepreneur, executive, or high performer, this means something very simple:

You don’t have to figure out which expert to listen to. You have two specialists working together to find the best solution for you.

Instead of receiving isolated advice on training or nutrition, you get one integrated system for your body, energy, recovery, and performance.

Because just like in a successful company, the best results rarely come from one person trying to do everything.

They come from the right specialists working together toward the same goal.
